Storm Evidence Report is a free tool that helps you see the storm reports on record near an address, organize your own photos and notes, and assemble them into one report you can keep, share, or upload to your insurance claim.

It is not a professional roof inspection, not insurance, legal, or public-adjusting advice, and it does not determine the cause of damage, decide your insurance coverage, or promise any claim outcome. For the full explanation, see the disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

The tool is provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Storm reports come from preliminary National Weather Service data collected near an area, not a verified measurement at your property, and other information may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying anything before you rely on it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Storm Evidence Report and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site — including any decisions you make, any claim outcome, or any dealings with a contractor or other third party you find through it.

Because the tool is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

When you use the tool, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes, and only to document property you have the right to document.
• Not put yourself at risk to gather documentation — never climb on a roof to take photos.
• Provide accurate information, and verify anything important before relying on it.
• Not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break any law.

Contractor listings are shown as a neutral directory, ordered by public rating, and are not endorsements or recommendations. We don't vet, guarantee, or take responsibility for any contractor, and any agreement you make with one is strictly between you and them.

The site also relies on outside data and service providers and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. How your information is handled is described in our privacy policy.

The photos, notes, and reports you create are yours. They stay on your own device, so we don't store or claim any rights to them. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo or information you add.

The Storm Evidence Reportname, site design, and text are ours. You may use the tool for your own documentation, but please don't copy, resell, or repackage the site itself without permission.

We may update the tool or these terms from time to time. When the terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be handled in the courts located in that state.
